HelloFresh sells meal kits directly to your door, and from time to time, you may receive rewards after a certain number of orders. If you’re eligible for a reward, you should receive credits in your HelloFresh account.
You can activate HelloFresh rewards in the Fresh Achievements section of your profile. Once activated, they will be added to your account or next box, depending on the reward. Rewards are not always available, but from time to time, you may receive one after a certain number of orders.
In the rest of this article, I’ll be going into more detail regarding Fresh Rewards and HelloFresh in general. I’ll also be going through their other specials, their menu, and why the service is worth using.
What Are Fresh Rewards?
Fresh Rewards is a loyalty program offered by HelloFresh. It is specifically available to new subscribers. After specific numbers of boxes have been ordered, different rewards will be unlocked. They consist of a dessert, an upgraded meal, and an extra side order.
Fresh Rewards can only be earned within the first 12 weeks of your subscription. You’re eligible for the first reward after 4 boxes. Once activated, your next box will contain a small dessert.
The next reward becomes available after 6 boxes. When this one is activated, you’ll receive a $15 voucher to upgrade from a regular meal to a Gourmet Meal.
Finally, after 8 boxes, you’ll receive a $5 voucher to spend on Sides.
Remember that if you pause or skip any deliveries, the rewards will also be on hold, continuing only as you receive boxes and that the 8th box will have to be received within the 12-week window for you to receive all three rewards.
What Exactly Is HelloFresh?
HelloFresh is a meal kit subscription service, offering customers fresh ingredients for various recipes. It promotes well-balanced diets because the service includes plenty of vegetables, carbs, protein, and more in all recipes. On top of that, you can find tasty desserts in the meal kits.
Once you’ve ordered all of the HelloFresh meals you want for the week, the ingredients will all arrive together. HelloFresh uses high-quality ingredients and protects them in bubble-wrapped, insulated boxes with ice packs. This keeps them cool and fresh while protecting them from mishandling and the outside environment.
Does HelloFresh Offer Any Specials?
HelloFresh offers a variety of specials, such as coupons and promo codes. They are well-known for the great deals available to new customers. They also have student and military discounts, as well as referral rewards.

Thereafter, you’ll receive free shipping on your first box, plus 15% off every box for an entire year.
In honor of their service, HelloFresh has special discounts for US veterans and military personnel. These discounts are offered not only to the service members but to their families and spouses as well.
Referral Program
The HelloFresh Referral Program offers discounts to both the referrer and the new subscriber. That means not only are you introducing your friend, relative, or colleague to a service you enjoy but you’ll both be rewarded for it.
If you refer a friend, they should receive a voucher they can use for their next purchase. According to section 9 of HelloFresh’s terms and conditions, most vouchers will only be redeemable for the first week of the user’s plan (in this case, the person you gave the referral code to).
However, this may not apply to all referral codes and vouchers. Your friend should check the rules associated with their voucher once they receive it.
If you refer a friend, you should receive account credits that you can use toward your next box.
What Is the HelloFresh Menu Like?
HelloFresh has a menu of over 20 meal options that have each been specially designed by experts in nutrition and professional chefs. There are multiple meal plans available to suit various needs.

Although there are a good number of meal plans available for customers, there aren’t any that suit allergies or dietary restrictions. You won’t find any options like nut-free or dairy-free. That said, the recipes that are delivered typically do contain notices regarding common allergens. In such cases, certain ingredients can be substituted.
Why HelloFresh Is Worth It
To be clear, this is not to encourage you to buy every meal from HelloFresh. That’s unsustainable and would be incredibly pricey. Even intermittent meals are expensive in some ways because the ingredients cost quite a bit for the amount you get.
HelloFresh is worth it because it is convenient and makes cooking easy and more enjoyable. You do not have to go to a store, find and measure ingredients, or think of different recipes. The meal kits come right to your door and are ready to be prepared right away.
Most people don’t use HelloFresh for every single meal, though. People tend to have a few meals delivered each week. In addition, remember that HelloFresh isn’t just about the food. It’s also about convenience and time-saving.
HelloFresh allows you to do less shopping than you normally would and minimizes wasted food and ingredients. All the time you would usually spend planning, shopping for, and preparing a meal will now take half an hour or a little longer.
There is also the benefit of getting to try out and learn new recipes.
Final Thoughts
The HelloFresh rewards are easy to use and offer a few momentary but nice perks. There are also many other promotions, discounts, and coupons available. For new or existing subscribers, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on the promotions page and don’t forget to pass along your referral code.
